The Laborde Perpétuelle Blanc de Blancs Champagne is a stunning example of Chardonnay excellence from the Nogent l’Abbesse region in Champagne, France. Made entirely from first-press juice, this Extra Brut cuvée showcases a luminous pale gold color with green highlights, characteristic of its grape variety. It offers a refined and complex nose with aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, fresh almonds, and hints of brioche and pastry upon aeration.
On the palate, it has a vibrant yet silky texture, revealing flavors of white-fleshed fruits like pear and vine peach, accented by acacia honey and finishing with a distinctive saline minerality. Its structured freshness makes it a perfect aperitif and an ideal pairing for seafood dishes like oysters, scallop carpaccio, or fish with rich sauces such as beurre blanc
