"The Parker's Heritage Collection 18th Edition is a unique 14-year-old Kentucky Straight Malt Whiskey, finished in heavy toast Cognac barrels. Aged in Rickhouses O and Q, this malt whiskey, which contains 65% malted barley and 35% corn, was finished in reconstructed Cognac barrels for four months. Bottled at 107 proof and non-chill filtered, it delivers a rich, velvety mouthfeel with complex flavors.
Tasting notes highlight aromas of oranges, dark chocolate, and herbal tea. On the palate, you’ll find molasses, bittersweet chocolate, and a touch of cloves and nutmeg, followed by a finish of dried figs, apricots, and a peppery spice. Proceeds from sales benefit ALS research in honor of the late Master Distiller Parker Beam."
