PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A minerally white, fresh and lightly chalky in texture, offering an appealing range of ripe green apple and pear fruit flavors, with details of honeysuckle, pickled ginger and salty minerality.
The vineyards selected in the classic area of the hills east of Verona, with volcanic-basaltic soil.
Winemaking
A careful selection of the best grapes is followed by a soft pressing. The short maceration allows the wine to be enriched with intense aromas and the following fermentation of the must takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine is then refined in steel and cement.
Characteristics
Straw yellow color with light golden reflections. On the nose it releases delicate fruity and tropical aromas. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly harmonious, fragrant and of good persistence.
Pairings
It pairs perfectly with appetizers, delicate first courses, white meats and fish-based second courses.
