"Gentleman's Cut 16 Year Old Bourbon is a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon created by NBA star Stephen Curry. It's called the Player Exclusive: Father and Son Edition to honor Curry and his father, Dell, who both played in the NBA for 16 seasons.
Tasting notes:
Intense aromas of dried cherries and caramelized sugar
Soft notes of charred violet, fig, and rich cinnamon
Balanced by spice and leather
Integrated tannins from the extended aging process give the bourbon a lengthy finish
Mash bill: 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley.
Production: Distilled in August 2008, Matured in charred oak barrels for 16 years, and 100 proof (50% ABV).
