When first-time NHL owner Bill Foley launched the Vegas Golden Knights in 2017, he made a bold prediction:
"PLAYOFFS IN THREE, CUP IN SIX."
Together with a band of “Golden Misfits” from around the league, the Knights went on to shock the sports world by reaching the Stanley Cup Final in their very first year and winning the coveted Stanley Cup Trophy in year six — just as Bill Foley had envisioned.
Nose: An opening cherry note gives way to light molasses, orange zest and green apple deeper in the glass. Water addition brings oak and soft leather to the forefront.
Palate: Velvet viscosity, cinnamon spice with a cashew nuttiness, slight elements of spearmint and clove, comparatively muted oak and char, fruit forward balance that slides into maple syrup and honey with each sip.
Finish: Sarsaparilla, root beer and an agreeable lingering mint drift into vanilla and stewed apple well after you’re done.

With a track record of success in finance, sports, hospitality and more, Bill Foley has established himself as one of the nation's leading businessmen and philanthropists.
Today, Bill serves in a variety of capacities for a wide array of business interests. He is the Chairman of the Foley Entertainment Group, which was formed in 2021 and features a variety of properties including the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights, the AHL's Henderson Silver Knights, the IFL's Vegas Knight Hawks, The Dollar Loan Center, the Hotel Les Mars, Hotel Californian, Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard and Whitefish Mountain Resort. Most recently Bill and his partners formed Black Knight Football Club and completed the acquisition of AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League, as well as the purchase of a stake in French Ligue 1 club FC Lorient.
