The Redwood Empire Rye Whiskey is produced by the Graton Distilling Company in Sonoma County.
"Aromas of fresh grain, red berries, dried cherries, and fresh-cut lemon, overall a very fresh and lively nose that is beautifully fragrant and redolent of fresh morning fields. The palate is equally fresh, with balanced notes of red fruit, iced tea, and vanilla. The finish is quite long, with more vanilla, and lemon sorbet, balanced by savory espresso.
