The Yellowstone 2024 Limited Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a distinguished release from Limestone Branch Distillery. This expression blends 7-year and 17-year aged bourbons, marking the distillery's inaugural double finish in French brandy and cognac casks. Bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV), it offers a rich amber hue. The nose presents bright notes of pear, panela sugar, ripe apple, and leather. On the palate, expect flavors of American basswood honey, ripe stone fruits, citrus, caramel, and vanilla, leading to a warm finish with honey, Bosc pear, butterscotch, and leather. Limited to 10,000 cases.
