TASTING NOTES
Nose : Delicate and balanced, it opens on vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg with fruity notes of dry fig, raisins and plum with roasted chestnut and strawberry in the background.
Palate : Light and fresh, on peach, raspberry, bergamot with peanut, cumin and coffee
Tropical Ageing : 4 years in Bourbon casks
Continental Ageing : 1 year in Ferrand casks
Further maturation : Finished 4 months in Port cask
