48.2% ABV, 750 ml, Finished 9 months in Maury wine cask
This is a "one-time" single barrel rum from Barbados, aged in the "tropical" climate 4 years, and then 6 years in Ferrand barrels in France. Finished 9 months in Maury wine cask.
Nose:Rich and deep, on intense notes of raisin, dark cherry and pomegranate molasses with orange zest and coffee.
Palate:Round, it follows the nose with woodier notes, dried fruits, blackberry, roasted nuts and spices, on gingerbread and cocoa.
Bottle Size: All bottles are 750ML unless otherwise noted.
