Blend: 32% Grenache, 23% Syrah, 17% Cinsault, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Rolle, 5% Grenache Blanc, 3% Counoise
The classic Provence Rosé profile is what every serious winemaker around the world attempts to mimic and for good reason. The winemaker's goal is to find the delicate balance between floral, herbal, wild red fruit (not overly ripe), stone fruit and acid. Raspberry flavors shine in this wine, giving fruitiness and a pure, clean texture. Bright acidity and a crisp aftertaste impart a refreshing character.
