PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The 2021 Petite Sirah is big but balanced, weighty but lively. After a little time in bottle, the aromas have really started to pop: blackberry, blueberry, and even olallieberry jam. In the mouth these berry flavors rest right on a knifes edge of robust ripeness and zippy freshness, and the resulting tension is compelling. A hint of menthol adds complexity, and a healthy acidity delivers all this flavor without fatigue and heaviness. The cheese course awaits.
Grapes are certified organic (CCOF) and our farming practices are Biodynamic. Fermentation is initiated spontaneously without the addition of commercial yeast or malolactic bacteria.
