      “OCEAN Organic Vodka is a family effort and a true labor of love. Three generations of our family, The Smiths, have grown up on the beautiful island of Maui, where the Pacific Ocean is our playground and sanctuary. Our family embodies a deep love and respect for the ocean and the natural beauty of our home. This appreciation and the drive to be more eco-conscious, to strive for sustainability, ultimately led to the creation of OCEAN Organic Vodka in 2005.

      We started with the intention to start a business on Maui that presented an agriculturally based, non-perishable consumer product. Our business would support our local community, and be sold around the world as well as enjoyed by our extensive and ever-flowing tourism base. Why a high-end vodka? Simply, we like to indulge in the finer things in life, and the ingredients were at our fingertips.

      We set out to create the best vodka in the world…a lasting brand that would present a clean and pure product into the marketplace. We did research, made friends. Tested it. People loved it. They wanted more. As a family we took OCEAN Organic Vodka from concept to reality in one and a half years.
      Ten years later, we enjoy our success. OCEAN Organic Vodka is marketed in 36 states, Washington, DC, and 2 provinces in Canada, and expanding fast into North America, South America and Asia. OCEAN Organic Vodka has been the exclusive vodka on Hawaiian Airlines since 2007, and is the best-selling vodka from Hawaii. At Hawaii Sea Spirits Organic Farm and Distillery, OCEAN Organic Vodka has control of all supply and production of our spirit family, with farming, distillation, manufacturing, marketing and sales consolidated for the first time since the brand’s inception in 2005. The new facility further solidifies OCEAN’s growing presence in the marketplace, and will support a ten-fold increase in business and new opportunities to expand production into rums and whiskies.
