Adobe Guadalupe’s 2022 Uriel Rosé from Mexico’s Valle de Guadalupe is a blend of grapes, including Syrah, Cinsault, Tempranillo, Grenache, and Viognier. This rosé has a bright salmon-pink color and an inviting nose of floral and red fruit aromas. It offers refreshing, dry flavors with vibrant acidity, showcasing notes of strawberries, raspberries, and cherries, along with a hint of watermelon. Light and smooth, the Uriel Rosé pairs well with seafood, paella, and fresh cheeses, making it ideal for warm-weather dining.
