      This bold and powerful expression of pure bourbon highlights the essence of what you want, bottled straight from the barrel without dilution. This unfiltered spirit delivers a robust flavor profile, showcasing the rich influence of time spent aging in charred oak barrels.

      On the nose, it opens with deep, inviting aromas of caramel, dark toffee, and brown sugar, layered with notes of vanilla bean, toasted oak, and a hint of baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Subtle undertones of dried fruit, leather, and a touch of dark chocolate add depth and intrigue.

      The palate is intense and full-bodied, bursting with flavors of rich caramelized sugar, maple syrup, and dark cherries, balanced by warming spices, charred oak, and a hint of black pepper. The natural cask strength delivers a mouth-coating texture with a pleasant heat, while layers of complexity unfold with every sip.

      In partnership with Rare Character, we offer this fantastic full proof Bourbon Whiskey.  At 61.31% ABV, this nearly 9 year old bourbon is bottled at cask strength without dilution. This bourbon showcases deep, rich flavors developed from extended barrel interaction.

      Tasting Profile:
      Nose: Intense and complex, with deep notes of caramelized brown sugar, dark cherries, vanilla bean, toasted oak, and warm baking spices (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg). Hints of leather and pipe tobacco emerge as it opens.
      Palate: Bold and full-bodied, delivering layers of dark chocolate, burnt caramel, toffee, and charred oak. Spiced honey and roasted nuts add warmth, while dried fruit (dates, figs, blackberries) rounds out the depth.
      Mouthfeel: Viscous, coating, and rich, with a noticeable heat from the high proof that mellows into a silky texture with a few drops of water.
      Finish: Exceptionally long, with lingering notes of toasted marshmallow, espresso, and black pepper. A pleasant smokiness intertwines with hints of maple syrup and aged leather.
