42% ABV, 750 ml
This is an eau de vie made from combining a mixture of neutral spirit and the maceration (basically soaking in alcohol) of fresh unfermented wild raspberries from the Carpathians and the resulting mash is distilled in small copper pot stills. It does not use cheap bulk ethanol and chemical flavors like some distillers, using a much more true (but expensive) process.
