The Plata is made under a traditional process in small batches. A lengthy fermentation and distillation process spanning 10 to 15 days begins the journey Following distillation the aging takes one month in virgin white oak barrels Finally the liquid is then filtered through coconut fibers to remove coloration from the barrels Floral notes & agave on the nose The result is an unusually crisp, clean, elegant tequila with citrus, herbal, and spicy notes.
