This Extra Brut Champagne blends 37% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay, and 26% Pinot Meunier, with 70% of the wine from the 2020 harvest and 30% from a perpetual reserve of vintages spanning 2015 to 2019. The wine is vinified entirely in stainless steel and has a minimal dosage of 2g/L, resulting in a clean and vibrant profile.

The Champagne opens with aromas of fresh apple, white peach, and chalky minerality, complemented by hints of almond and dried flowers.
