"The 2019 Bockstein GG is pure and stony on the bright and dusty nose the reminds me of the dust you get when you put the gray slate (or greywacke) stones to your nose. Clearly, this is the bouquet of an exceptional terroir. Round and filigreed on the palate, this is an enormously piquant, expressive, pure, finessed and salty Bockstein with a concentrated, piquant and salty finish.
