1500 ml Magnum
A vintage rosé Champagne that is a blend of 55% Chardonnay from Chouilly, Cramant, and Les Mesnil-sur-Oger, and 45% Pinot Noir from Mareil-sur-Aÿ. The Pinot Noir is vinified as a red wine, and blended with the Chardonnay, and all takes place in stainless steel. The wine spends 130 months on the lees, and sees partial malolactic fermentation. A rich, yet bright sparkling wine to pair with salmon en croûte.
