Crafted entirely in the U.S. from 100% Bulleit-curated malted barley, this whiskey represents the new official American Single Malt category (TTB standard effective January 2025)
Distilled in Kentucky on copper column stills with a secondary copper doubler and matured in charred American white oak barrels
Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), elegantly packaged in a green recycled-glass bottle as part of Bulleit’s sustainability initiatives
Nose: Enveloping aromas of sweet vanilla and toasted oak, layered with red fruit—think ripe pear—and subtle pear notes
Palate: Light and fruity, with red fruit and pear leading into flavors of nougat, honey, and even lemongrass. A soft backbone of sugar cane sweetness and hint of pastry rounds things out
Finish: Smooth and gentle—oaky caramel, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla linger, with a fleeting whisper of smoke that fades into a light lemon meringue note
