PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This small family owned estate located in the Vallée de la Marne, is one of only 30 producers in the whole of Champagne that are both certified Organic and Biodynamic! Their 2012 Vintage dated Champagne is 50/50 Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, aged 7 years on the lees before being disgorged. The Chardonnay brings beautiful fruits, the Meunier brings earth and dried herbs, while all the lees aging produces aromas of toasted bread.
