This limited-edition collaboration between Chopin Vodka and fashion designer Vera Wang is a rare blend of refined taste and design sensibility—luxurious yet understated, with a smooth mouthfeel and elegant profile built from specially selected potatoes and premium craftsmanship.
Vera Wang personally selected a rare variety of young potatoes (the “Augusta” variety) grown sustainably in the village of Krzesk, Poland, for this edition. The vodka is distilled in small batches according to Chopin’s “potato only” lineage, then bottled in a striking matte black-and-white bottle designed by Wang herself. The result is a true farm-to-bottle spirit where the ingredient, design and edition all play a part in the story. 700 ml bottle.
Nose: A floral bouquet opens with delicate cucumber-green notes, subtle almond, light vanilla and a hint of fresh potato skin.
Palate: Medium-body with gentle creaminess—vanilla, almond, and soft potato-meat sweetness lead into a finely textured core.
Finish: Warm and elegant yet restrained—no harsh burn; rather a soft echo of almond, vanilla and lingering potato-bread sweetness that leaves the palate clean and composed.
