Starts as 100% rye, aged 6–8 years in traditional rye barrels, then finished for up to six months in Amontillado (Oloroso-style) sherry casks—a finishing process tailored by season and nuance.
Nose: Rich and complex, unveiling dark fruit and oak with layers of spicy warmth and a gentle sweetness from the sherry finish.
