It takes the house flagship recipe and elevates it: higher ABV (50%), swaps out hinoki wood for akamatsu (Japanese red pine), and emphasizes botanicals like gyokuro tea, yuzu, and sansho for a character that’s brighter, more forest-fresh, and more intense. It’s a gin for those who appreciate Japanese finesse, complexity, and a twist in the familiar.
