Altos is crafted in the Los Altos (Highlands) of Jalisco from 100% Blue Weber agave, leaning into traditional methods that prioritize texture and true agave character. The agave is brick-oven cooked and tahona stone-crushed, then fermented and distilled in copper pot stills—a classic recipe for a tequila that tastes structured, aromatic, and authentically agave-forward rather than overly sweet or simplified.

As a reposado, it’s aged approximately 6–8 months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, adding gentle vanilla, caramel-leaning warmth, and a more rounded mouthfeel—without muting the highland freshness.
