Part of the 2024 "Tsukuriwake" series, this release highlights the use of Golden Promise barley, a high-quality grain famed for its association with some of the finest Scotch whiskies of the mid-20th century. Distilled in 2009 and matured in American oak casks, it delivers a complex profile with notes of orange marmalade, toasted malt, and vanilla on the nose. On the palate, it reveals layers of dried apricot, toffee, and floral hints, leading to a warm, lingering finish with subtle smokiness and nutty undertones.
